開催3日前の午前10時前までのキャンセルの場合は、キャンセル料は発生しません。
開催3日前の午前10時以降のキャンセル又は無断キャンセルの場合、参加費の100%のキャンセル料が発生します。
You will receive a full refund for cancellation made before 10:00AM (JST) three days prior to the event.
Cancellations received after 10:00AM (JST) three days prior to the event or no-show on the event day will incur a 100% cancellation fee and no refunds will be issued.
【主催者によるキャンセルの場合 Cancellation by the Organizer】
主催者によりイベントが中止された場合、事前にお支払いいただいた参加費は全額返金されます。
参加費の返金方法やスケジュールについては、別途お知らせいたします。
In the event of cancellation by the organizer, the participation fee paid in advance will be fully refunded.
Details regarding the refund method and schedule will be communicated by the organizer.
【遅刻をする場合 Late Arrival】
遅刻をする場合は、早急に本ウェブサイトのContact欄からご連絡をお願いいたします。
予約された時間帯の終了時までに間に合わない場合は、無断キャンセルの取り扱いに基づいたキャンセル料を徴収させていただきます。

If you do not arrive by the end of the reserved time slot, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged based on our no-show policy, and no refunds will be issued.
